BNPL (Build Now Pay Later) Program

1. There will be no installments, UNTIL CERTIFICATE ISSUED by city and client can choose any of the following terms to pay the balance.
   
   • 6 months, no interest if paid in full after certificate issued.
   • 12 months, 12% interest p.a. on loan amount after certificate issued.
   • 18 months, 14% interest p.a. on loan amount after certificate issued.
   • 24 months, 16% interest p.a. on loan amount after certificate issued.
2. No other offers can be combined or use with BNPL program exclusive offer.
3. Rental guarantee program is optional for clients to choose with a fee of 1 month rent.
4. Additional 10% Line of credit will be open for client to use in case of additional work required, if agreed by both parties.
5. City fees is not included in loan amount.
6. To qualify for loan
   
   • We require credit check.
   • Lean will be registered on same house for the loan amount.
   • Loan will be provided if there is no other liens or 2nd mortgages registered on same property.
